The responsibilities at this post involved preparing renal transplant patients for surgery, perioperative & post-operative care of these patients, intensive care management of transplant recipients admitted to the transplant ICU with various post-transplant problems, providing assistance in renal transplantation, open donor nephrectomy and other surgical procedures being performed in the unit and performing these procedures under supervision.
